		<description>Wow it looks nice especially its feedback with flash. Pity its java based but thats not a huge problem. 10x better than mine. I have been using Fidler as a debugger which can do most fo what this one can and ix exe based. Mine was a step into c++ programming for me, to try and learn a bit more about it. Cheers for your thoughts. 

This throtle is a set and forget service than hides away...and I guess allows you to experience the site as a dailup user throughout development as it doesnt interupt port 80 traffic. but your right debuggers are cooler for well debugging. Please excuse any typos im typing with one eye :o)</description>

Charles (http://xk72.com/charles/) does the same thing and in my experience is extremely easy to use with the added benefit that you can also watch the traffic go by simultaneously (and watch the bytes downloaded realtime). After my experience with Charles I can&#039;t imagine why I would want to simply throttle the port and not get any feedback.</description>
